Default My Lilli project (150 W)

Hi all: Well after a few nights of work, I show you some pictures about my Lilli projet. Suggestions are welcome.

At this moment I still don't have the fresnel, the condenser and the front mirror. I bought them to Ace, and I'm waiting for these parts to arrive.

But for testing purposes I started to make some parts of the projector.

In this picture you can see The ballast for the bulb (Osram HQI-TS/NDL 150 W). The LCD Panel, The mirror (common mirror while I wait for the FS to Arrive), The Box, and on the right in white a piece of the reflector.

hi gstuder nice job so far.

keep an eye on your wooden lightbox. it'll catch fire.....

and i hope your lilli is still running facing you have laid the lil brown ribbon cable flat on your lcd-mount. that isn't good...
maybe it still works, but me and few others did it that way @ 1st attempt and the harm was irreversible...

Hi I Eat Flowers:

So you suggest me to bend the brown cable? ¿at 90 degrees? ¿Can you post here a picture of you PJ showing that part. I'll really appreciate that. And if you add some explanation that will be perfect.

The other night I was testing alltogether and the LCD turn black after 3 or four minutes. Has it ever happened to you?

That for the answer.

Gastón
