After a month of tweaking, I am now very happy with my results. Thank you guys from these forum who unselfishly shared their knowledge and experience.

aou 8.4 in panel
unsplit fresnel lens
250w hqi-ts osram
condenser
soup laddle reflector
gilkson projection lens
