Its taking shape. Covers the lcd conroller board with GI sheet painted black to prevent the board form getting dirty.

Hope to finish it by Sunday. Dimension is 20X12x6 inches. Twice the size of sone commercial projector.

Air intake is comng from the bottom of the box to reduce light leakage.

Bottom fresnel focal length -160mm
Top fresnel - 330 mm
projection lens 345mm
Sun arc bulb- 250w
spherical reflector
Condesner lens - 110mm
IR/UV filter

LCD 800x480 widescreen
contrast 500

almost done. Need to intall switch and projection lens and its finish. Hope to have pics tomorrow. Projected image at my 90 inch screen at 13 ft.

Now working . Light leaks fixing . a little centering of projection lens and box aesthetics. Its like microATX casing

My family is going to PI next month and I was wondering if you could provide me a parts list and locations to buy the light engines you used for the 10.2" and the 15".

We live over off Ayala about 1 block from Greenbelt 5

2nd screenies after centering the projection lens. It can now be used for presentation purpose. I have to lower the brightness and contrast to be able to take pics.
