Anyway the shouting is a reference to your writing in CAPITAL letters. On the internet that is seen as shouting.

Perhaps you could try changing your monitor settings so that fonts appear larger.
Go to the desktop, right click with the mouse and select "properties" then in the "settings" tab set the resolution lower. Also have a look under control panel - go to accessibility options and you may also find some help. In windows xp you can use a higher contrast setting which could also help.
