Now I placed the new light box into my old 400w setup (took out 400w). Now keep in mind that the focals for everything was probably all incorrect but this was my experimental unit. i got these results, the first 2 are from Romeo must die. It was quite watchable with lights on. And another pic using a better cam from discovery channel.

Now shortly after that, I saw the Lillipt 7" and saw how much superior it was to my sharp 1650 in size, reso, contrast so I sold the 1650 and bought the Lilliput. The major problem with the sharp 1650 that drove me away from it was due to its size and contrast.
I screwed the lilliput over with static electricty so right now Im without an lcd and Im looking for alternatives since this will be majorly for satellite and dvds. Also all these pics happened about 3 or 4 months ago, but I never posted them here. I will post a few pics of my LCD housing for lilliput that I was building.

An the final pic of the lilliput secured and the mini pcb secured, I never took a pic of the large controller secured though. And as of then I was at a stand still since the lilliput never turned on

This model was build sort of freestyle, I made it as I went along, I didn't really do much planning because I wanted to use it as a test bed since I've never worked with these optics and bulb. But for the next revision I will draft everything out.

Thanks Ace. Im guessing that I'll have to save money for another Lilliput since all the other LCD'S I've found won't be sufficent Unless someone here has any suggestions.

my suggestion:

www.gadaffy.ch.vu

go on tft/lcd

they have thosiba panels for 99€ plus controller for 89€ all you need

only hard thing about it: you have to program your own lvds controller, but they have a plan for it

the panel has xga 1024x768 native 250:1 contrast

just ask them, may be they still have some left
