Proxima Ovation LCD Panel A822c

hello guys.
I really need an urgent help with this. I am trying to buy this Panel Proxima Ovation LCD Panel A822c and I can't really make a decision about it because i have no clue about it. I am trying to have it for watching movies fro a DVD or a TV. I just don't have enough info about it. Can anybody please give me any good or bad info about it so I can decide? your help is really appreciated.thank you.

If you dont know, the panel is 640x480 res and 200:1 contrast, has video input and vga input
