i'm starting up my next projector project, following up on raygun100 from last spring. one of my objectives it a brigher picture, and i'm looking for better light sources
i stumbled upon this http://www.fcsurplus.ca/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=4899 any thoughts? its is nice and cheap. its got built a build in chargable battery, so powering the build might be a obstical what the hell is candle power compaired to lumens?

Unfortunately there is no straight conversion from candela to lumen. They measure two different things, like light intensity vs. brightness in a given area by a specific angle. Something like that.
