You scared me

If you have read other threads, you would know there is a flex cable that connects H board and V board. It prevent the PCB boards from laying flat. it has to be at 45C to the screen. so if you want to put it on OHP, you need to unplug the flex cable, flip the board to the other side and reconnect the cable. not difficult.

I just took mine apart and installe dit into my enclosure a couple of days ago Its really not that hard. I'm also available if you have any questions, and Im on #diyvideo on dalnet an IRC channel quite often. If you go in there and start talking, I'll prolly get beeped at by my computer and come to assist. Otherwise, I'm prolly at school or asleep, and my nick will tel you so. Anyway, its real easy, and if you have any questions and would them to be answered quickly give me a holler on the channel.

Hope I've helped

[EDIT] I have had ONE beef with this panel, and that is the buttons to control the LCD are connected to the controller board, and not easily brought to a face of my enclosure :-( sometimes, I've got to unscrew a side of my PJ to turn the thing on... kinda sux. I'm wondering if others have had this problem... also, I was thinking of quickly soldering some extension switches to the current ones, so I could put them w/e I want. Any thoughts/comments/ideas on this? Sorry for semi-jacking the thread.

You mean I have to cut and solder it, or its really like unplug then plug it back?
