ive a lamp and ballast taken from a barco iq300 - see images

to get the lamp working is it as simple as applying voltage to the black and white wires ? - and If so what voltage would this be?.

Im presuming the smaller wires are just feedback.

I would assume it takes anything from 200-400VDC for the ballast voltage input.
