Help Needed! Using two DIY projectors for Passive Polarized 3D

Can I make 3D polarization projector using two DIY projectors with same configuration? Then will be some sort of crosstalk or color difference will happen even on using same LCDs, lenses and lamps?

I think the main issue may be playing each image separately on each projector. Cant see if you line them up correctly with polarisers over the lens why it should not work. You might wanna post here as well Connecting Stereo Projectors.
