I don't know if it fits. In homedepot there are lots of flood light fixtures which use halogen lamps. The ends of those halogen lamps look very similar to the ends of RXC bulb. those fixtures are not expensive. the cheapest one is about $9. If I have a bulb I would buy one and try it on.

If anyone still needs RSC lamp holders, I have complete sets of them for about $8. Also I have the lamps for about $30. That's the cheepest I can get them.

I bought three bulbs awhile back, and I'm almost ready to assemble my projector. I'm planning to use the couple FC2 sockets I bought in a later project, so that doesn't bother me much.
Last time I dealt with DIYLabs I got exactly what I ordered (and a freebie), but the turnaround time was a bit on the high side.. and most of the other places I can find don't have pictures of the socket, which makes me wary.
So.. where can I get the cheapest RSC/RX7S sockets?

I've got the bugs in my system worked out and can now better estimate the ship time for most orders. If you want an FC2 pair, then I can do that for about $9 plus shipping. They're ready to ship immediately as of 2/11/2004 (I have about 25 pairs in stock right now). I don't have any RSC, but could get some for the same price in about a week. Sorry that it took me a while to ship your order - I've unfortunately had to delay a lot of orders in the past because I had trouble keeping items in stock, but recently I've been ordering parts in larger quantities to avoid this problem and am also being more up front about whether an order will ship within a reasonably short amount of time. Thanks for your consideration, and again - I'm sorry to everyone who has had to endure a delayed shipment because I was unable to keep parts in stock. Please email me if you are still uneasy - I'll always be honest about the situation.
