Questions and Help with the LP600

I have a infocus lp600 projector and have read all the threads available on how to fix it. The projector powers on, meaning i have a green status light, however, the no lcd screen or buttons don't light up. I replaced the lamp and manually tried to reset the counter. The lamp does not turn on and sometimes the fans do come on. I have the power board out and nothing seems to be burnt. The board part # is 510-1824-20. It's different from the pictures posted on here.

Here is a pictures of the caps 3 100uf 16v (RED) and 5 16v470uf 105c caps. (GREEN)

The one that usually goes is the one that you have not circled and the symptoms are usually no power at all to the point that even the green light around the power button don't light up as well.
