Hi could some one please suggest where to buy a fresnel lens in India?

Hi All,

By the way .. if you want to use Fresnel Lens in your DIY projector...
The best way to do this is Go to some big stationary store and ask them for Page Magnifiers...

That will work as a Fresnel Lens in your box..

i have tried plastic page magnifier sheet as replacement to fresnel lens it does works but results are poor quality and also has blur imzge patches. i have ordered a good quality Glass fresnel lens hoping to get better results that plastic page magnifiers.
The only key to success is to gather as much light and focus it accurately to get bright and sharp image. so always go for bigger fresnel lens size than your source size.

Hi Friends

Can anyone please help me find a set of Fresnel lens and Triplet/doublets
I tried Lensel Optics Pune. They have stopped manufacturing these things for now.

I already have a 7" LCD screen
Please guide me on the lenses(what will be needed in terms of optics) so that i can have at least 100" display with around 8-10 feet distance (screen to projector)
