I need help wiring the Le Club Hifi remote control

Hi All. I bought the Le Club Hifi remote volume and input control some time ago from a fellow DIY audio guy. I am now going to build a preamp and I need to understand a bit about this kit. I can't find anything on the site to support it. Any help???
