I bought DC to DC LM2577 Module, V in 5v and V Out 18v. The module was operated as normal for the voltage but there is the high frequency leak to audio. I already filter with Capacitor but it does not help.

Anyone can suggest how to solve that problem, thank you in advance

Hi maya,
You should try using a pi filter, C-L-C. You can add more sections as you require. The output voltage from your step up regulator can be increased to compensate.

Question, is the oscillation frequency in the audio band? If so, move that up to 50 KHz or so. As high (within reason) as the LM2577 will go to move it away from the signals you want to amplify. Filtering the audio output with an L-C circuit may help too. Filter the amplifier input to exclude the oscillation frequency.

Watch your grounding as well. It could be that simple.
