A good friend of mine bought the new Cole in spring 2012.
Now the mains transformer has broken, a short either in the primary or plate winding. Since other transformers of this Company broke as well, I assume they have a winding problem, among others. Unfortunately there is no response to my mails and phone calls at all, so I am looking for help. Has anybody of you, new Cole owners, ever measured the voltage at the output of the FCUPS board (plate voltage) ? It does not regulate voltage, there is just a drop of about 15 Volts, so it is impossible to find the correct ac voltage. Our intention is to find another transformer. regards André Last edited by rolls; 14th November 2012 at 08:22 AM. |
