Question. Are Projekt chassis always in stock, what is the shipping lead/time like to US?

Yes always in stock (well, occasionally run out but not often).
We turn around parts orders within 3 working days. Time to US varies from 2 days by Fedex to 7-10days by USPS. Surface is unpredictable - 4-12 weeks.

Yes we can ship to Europe. Cost depends on which Projekt Chassis as varies by weight and package size. SimonatDIYHifiSupplydotcom can give you the details.

Custom versions: meaning drill holes? Yes we can.
If you mean chassis extrusion other than our standard sizes- no we can't do that.
