Manufacturer's data for the TCXO. We have the TCXO made and selected for best phase performance and lowest jitter. They test and provide the data sheet with the product but we don't know what equipment they use to test.
The circuit itself is designed for lowest noise and not the limiting factor.

I see,I am just heard from Vil the creator of lessloss dac,that to find out less when 30 ps jitter requires very expensive tool,so I dont know

Yes it is true.
Maybe only a manufacturer of TCXO would keep such equipment on hand. A trustworthy manufacturer provides the data sheet with measurements for each unit, as does ours.

So you measure the clock jitter, do you measure the jitter of the clock and pcb as inserted into another piece of kit? Surely the TCXO is only as good as the implementation..

Hint: its not impossible to find Aeroflex measurement system, I know of one that can be approached. Then you have nice plots like those of DDS IC datasheets, down to 10hz.

Yes true. However inserting the clock pcb into another pc of kit would add it's own variables. We don't have the specialized testing equipment to do a direct measurement, however the PS has less than uV of noise so the limiting factor is the TCXO itself. The manufacturer provides us with the test data for each unit of TCXO. In fact the majority test <1ps.

180USD for the clock and $90USD for the PS.
