NAD C541i CD player

I think I have to replace the laser head, the player cannot read CDs, it works for 1 hour if I clean the head and then we go again. I think there is a severe reduction of power after 4 years, is it normal?

Can anyone help by sending the circuit diagram?

-You don't need the schematic just the laser I think is KSS213c all plastic or /B copper bearing.Below is a similar nad541 for your reference.PS you can also buy the complete mechanism KSS213CCM like the one below.

C541i uses sony's laser instead of sanyo (C541). I have the schematics for both 541i and 541 if you need one...

I don't think I have, but let me search my 'archives', I'll let you know if I have.

I think 542 is more similar to 541i, not 541
