Does any have any feedback on this CDP clock?

I like the the idea as one does not have to change crystal every time.

This is not your typical low noise clock. It is a frequency synthesizer. It employs a PLL with programmable dividers tied to a 27M xtal. Same circuit you find in a DVD player.
