Well, that may be true, but they are talking about a KWAK design, NOT a collpitts design. At the very least, someone is using the reputation of Elso and his design, and I thought it would be common courtesy to check with him.

Yes, as far as I understand it that's what 'intelectual property' is about - Kwak is the only one to publish it anywhere...
