i have replaced the 2114 op amps with ad826 with .1mf stacked film caps between pins 4 and 8. also, i have bypassed the HDAM and when i try bypassing the 4 output caps with wire, i get around 40mv. dc offset on each analogue output jack. anyone have any ideas how i might be able to reduce this high level of dc offset so i can go ahead and remove the output caps? thanks for any help!

40mV is not that high. Whether it will be a problem depends on what amp you are feeding. Does it have an input capacitor or is it direct-coupled as well?? Andy
