Default Is there a way to lower the jitter of CS8416???

By hardware or software or just day dreaming?????

No. But you can reclock the signal. Lots of info here on the subject.

I'm not the right guy. I'm not into digital.

I don't know what you have. Perhaps your CD player or DAC already has a clock, then you don't have to bother. The specs of the CS8416 are then irrelevant.
