Loose part inside...
When I opened the played a part was loose inside. With a little shake it fell out. It was a little metal pin or axle....2mm in diameter and 10-11mm long....with hard surface...like a capstan axle on a cassette player.
Anybody know what it could be? Possible a part of the tray mechanism?

It seems to be the two belts, the motor is running but they do not move the wheels....
Anybody knows the types?

My 960 tray keep open out and not spin when I close it. I dont see the laser light up. Any help? Tks
