Greetings,
I'm interested in building top loading CD transport and have a few Panasonic, Plextor and Sony CDROMs lying around, I wonder if it's possible to extract audio or S/PDIF signal from SCSI bus and control the drive with an ATA/IDE controller board, do SCSI and ATA/IDE use the same command set? Cheers Mickey
