TubeDAC losing signal lock

I have just finished assembling a Scott Nixon tubedac and although it plays very nicely, there is one problem: It keeps losing signal lock in the pauses between tracks on a cd (and the deemphasis-light starts flashing instead). Pressing pause and then play again on the DVD-player is usually enough to get the DAC to lock on to the signal again, but this is very annoying, especially since I have several other DACs based on the CS8414/TD1543 and none of them have this problem. Does anyone know what's wrong?

It seems to be something related to the loopfilter, check its components...

Oh yes, the loopfilter components are totally different from my previous design. I'll fiddle a little with the values and see if I can get it to behave properly. Thanks
