Default philips cd930 output level

hello,I have one question,in my philips cd930 analog output signal is smaler than in other philips cd ,i have to turn volume on amplifer about two positions,I dont now it is good or no,what can answer? what a problem can to be .thanks.

very intresting problem,problem is in remote control,I havent remote control for this player,but output level adjust on remote,when cd power off ,output level remain .I get other cd930 with remote control and adjust volume to max. its ok.
