Can any-body shed some light on a problem i have with getting my Cd player to play cds i have burnt on my computer whilst recording vinyl to cds. The cd player is a Marantz CD 62. The cd player registers the length of the recording on the read-out, but will not play back. The burnt cds will play back on my cd player in my car though, just not on my home system.

Ensure compatibility between the media and your CD player.
Check the type of CD's you're using and it's possible that your CD player cannot play them.
I had the same problem. My DVD player won't play CD+R discs but is quite happy with CD-R type discs.
