Jitter-reducing hardware tools

At jitter.de, there are two tools called UPCI and JISCO -- interfaces between digital audio transmitter (e.g. transport) and digital audio receiver (e.g. DAC) -- that supposedly reduce jitter.

Does anyone know how one can DIY these?

HiFi News UK did a test on them about 2-3years ago. I recall that one was good and the other not as good. Done by a r4eliable reviewer. See if you can retreive this.

Any idea what the internal components comprising these devices may be?
