hi,
after making speaker cables out of cat5 cable my amp is running hot is this normal/safe, speakers are wharfedale diamond 9.1 anyone have any ideas? |

It could be oscillating. Cat5 spkr cable normally has pretty high capacitance.

the sound hasnt been affected, if the twists of the wires were wrong (followed the twisted pair instructions off tnt) could this cause this type of problem, if it is oscillating what can be done?
