Philips CD500 schematics or service manual needed
Can anyone help me with the schematics or the service manual from my Philips CD500 CD-player. I'm tweaking it now and I want to make a new power supply for it.

Philips Service Manuals
Hi Bas,
In the good old times Philips had a phonenumber in Eindhoven you could call to order a servicemanual. These days they still have it but you wouldn't get through as it is occupied all the time. I think it is best to go to a service center that deals with Philips equipment and ask them for a manual. There are ways to get it not directly from Philips but through the König or Aswo organisation. Alternatively you can try www.schaltungsdienst.de (Schaltungsdienst Lange) in Berlin or http://www.doknet.nl/ It is a sad situation living in the homeland of Philips having so much trouble ordering a servicemanual.
