Silly question,
but when putting say a D/A + power supply in a metal cabinet with power supply, is it advisable to connect digital or analogue ground to the cabinet, through direct wire or cap, or not at all? if youre using an IEC power inlet, do you earth the cabinet the same way ? or is 2 wire inlets more common in the digital audio world ? at least on pcs the cabinet is both earthed and connected to dc ground, but thats a different (noisier) area. Thanks in advance. -- Yulquen |
