Pioneer PD 75

I found a Pioneer PD 75.
The problem is that when I put the disc inside the laser try to find the first trace but It can't.
I noticed that the disc doesn't start to rotate.
The laser is not died : I can see the red dot inside when it try to find the trace.
Someone before me touched probably the trimmers trying to solve the problem. When I received it I noticed that there was not the laser lens : it was detached and I put again in the right place.
Could you help me ? have someone the schematics of this player ?

This is common to the big Pioneer laser assemblys, I call them the map of Australia laser, because of the way their shaped.

They used a water soluable glue to fix the lens in, and over time with humidity or what ever they all eventually fall out and end up on the turn table platter, bit of a shock when you eject the tray to put in a disc and see the lens sitting there. By the way by the time it takes for the lens to fall out it seems that the lasers were on their last legs anyway.

I'm afraid that simply glueing it back in will not always work as you never get it back in the same position as it was before, been there done that, and the only real fix is to buy a new laser assembly, trouble is that these vintage big Pioneers have many adjustments to be made if you want it perfectly aligned when a new one is instaled, you will need the service manual, and test gear.
