Can this be a good source? (hdd player with lcd)

Hello, I was wondering if this player : hv0102B

hv0105 also interesting , it plays pcm/wav and wlan

can be a good source (for a amp6 + hemp drivers, or any setup)
maybe some mods, or by the digital output?
any thought´s?

Depends on the design of the hardware and also the software.You have to audience it for yourself.But I do believe the future is HDD.
