Hii..
I require a digital PLL IC which is availabel in DIP/PDIP pack.. not an SMD component.. It require it for my 100MHz VCO.. Thnks in advance, Prasanna. |

10 or 100mhz.
Try Texas instruments.They have plls. If 10mhz. the 74hc4046 should be able to perform at that frequency.Or the older CD4046 cmos and the various brands. |

Freescale MC145170.
You'll need a micro to configure it. There's pin-programmable versions (MC145151/2) too, though I haven't worked with these. |

this is faster but only SOIC, you can use SOIC to DIP adapter. |
