If more than one chip is used I have seen "cool towers" for heat control.
How many chips can be stacked without special heating arrangement?
The only reason for the special tower must be that the chips below in the stack can't get away with the heat...is that correct?
Will that mean that 2 or 3 chips in a stack will give problems without special heating?
