I have a Dallas semiconductors DS1645Y-120 NVSRAM (1024k) and I am wondering if there is anything useful that I can do with it. I ripped it out of an old modem (about 1992-'94-ish). I was wondering if I could use it to make some kind of buffer or stereo delay circuit or something. I also have a Toshiba TC551001BPL-10L SRAM (128k). I made a thread right after I got on DIYAudio about a stereo delay circuit using these parts in the everything else forum, and I am assuming that this is nearly impossible since noone responded. Any suggestions appreciated!
