Please comment on this simple XO clock

I have this XO made by a Korean manufacturer. http://www.eleparts.com/pdf/osc_sco02.htm

I was told that they use Japanese parts inside. It also has reasonable jitter specification.

Period Jitter: Absolute 100ps Max
Period Jitter: One Sigma 25ps Max

I intend to make a simple power supply consists on a 7808 and a tl431.

Can I expect good performance with this combination? At least better than the original crystal in commercial mid-end players?

Too bad the measurement bandwidth of the jitter spec is not given - the spec is worthless without, similar to noise specs in the voltage domain without giving the bandwidth of measurement......

Make the power supply low noise, try to get below the noise spec of the 431
