Default Modifying DAC 1545A Output

Hello !
in a 723 Philips CD player, a TDA1545A drives a pair of OPA , left and right channels.
I would like to eliminate these OPA, and to connect the DAC to a Lundhal Transfo to the outputs..
Does anyone have any idea how to do this ?

Thanks !
R.C.
