I wonder if there exist a list wher it is listed which drive delivers what format, in order to choose the DAC that I want to build in my player.
It is about the Pioneer PD-S06, a fine player but mostly the drive is interesting, and I will add a DAC. Anyone has some idea what format Pioneer uses? Thanks, - dan

The wisest choice is to open the lid and see which DAC is employed, then looking at its datasheet you can tell which format is used.
Cheers Andrea
