Default Monitor input level

I want to monitor all input levels from my soundcard without a software program such as Audition or so.
I want to monitor just how the input is.

for example:

I have 3 external inputs. I have the Audigy 2 Platinum
And if i connect al i hear that the sound is clipping.

So is there software to monitor input level?
