I think thery're the decoupling caps.

0.1 uF 10% there is a lot of them on the schematic, most on the TDA

Errrr, I know what they are and what they do. What I don't know is the manufacturer part number, capacitor type and source.

Very Nice. Why need 3 op-amp so much? I saw some design only use 2 stage op amp for I/V and LP.

In your design, why not try something simple like Pass D1 I/V or Jfet?
