I have been a fan of this Australians for a while now. I've tried their HDAM modules in my old Marantz CD52 and never looked back.
Below are photos of my mod. Now those modules are finally reviewed by TNT Audio. About time if you ask me. http://www.tnt-audio.com/accessories/hdams_e.html http://i6.tinypic.com/11lj3if.jpg http://i6.tinypic.com/11lj42h.jpg http://i5.tinypic.com/11lj6er.jpg http://i6.tinypic.com/11lj70x.jpg http://i6.tinypic.com/11lj809.jpg http://i6.tinypic.com/11lj876.jpg http://i5.tinypic.com/11lk3mw.jpg ![]()

Running Burson clock, regs and 1 power supply in my CD63SE now. HDAM /buffer pair due in a few days with another PS for buffer. Hoping to be be pleasantly surprised with the HDAM vs 2xOPA627 as fitted now. I built a simple OPA634 buffer circuit for this player previously and was pleased with the result. Hoping for even better results with the Burson version. Glad to see other posts concerning Burson stuff. I believe they have the bang for the buck thing downpat. Please clean those solder splashes, they are making me nervous!!
You fitted the SMD caps/resistors to this machine? They are not original? Not familiar with the 52. Cheers |

XG, that is a very interesting site! I thought Burson had this HDAM market cornered (besides Marantz). I wish the site was in English. What is the cost in USD for these Chinese HDAMs? They look very nicely built, better than Burson by the looks, using similar high quality parts.
