I have a Sony KSS-240a pick up. I was testing voltage to install a Superclock tonight and the optical motor started running and tore one of the teeth off the optical pick up.
Before I buy a new pick up, does anyone know what may have caused this to happen? Should I test something else before installing the new pick up? Your help will be appreciated as I have a small fortune in this player and Do not want to buy anything else... Ed Amelia, Ohio |
