Default Parasound AVC2500U schematic or help needed!

I have a Parasound AVC2500U and it isn't working correctly. I was wondering if anyone had the schematic or knew about them. The problem is a noise problem coming. It sounds like a whine on the inputs. It is worse on the 5.1 inputs which are direct and have no correction placed on them. Also there is a lot of white noise. Last problem is the rear channels cut out randomly and for different lengths of time. I think this happens because the D/A converter gets overloaded but not sure. I don't know where it is located. Thanks for any help.
