Default Modular NOS DAC

I have been working on this project for a while and it is finally up and running. It consists of various NOS digital boards that can be swapped in and out, a passive I/V and for now a tube gain stage, though a solid state I/V and gain stage is in the works too.

Despite the mess it sounds quite good.

Project home is at http://www.ecp.cc/modular_dac.html

I don't know if it is okay to mention this here, but if it is, some info about extra boards is at Prototype DAC PCBs (TDA1541A, TDA1545, AD1865N, 5687)

Hmm, kind of like the Altmann Attraction DAC, except on a much bigger piece of wood.

Seriously, good looking stuff. Congrats - Pat
