I have a Philips CD482 (CDM 4/19, SAA 7310, 7220, TDA1543(>2*TDA1541 +OPA627U+AD829). But I have no service manual and will adjust the servo part. I know it's possible to adjust the focus and laser current (carefuly!) by eye pattern on the screen. So I have also a Tectronix 2225 (50MHz) i will be thankful for some hints for such a procedure.

Adjust the eye pattern on your scope so that it has the highest and clearest signal. I know that some design; the scope gnd conncetion should be connected to Vref rather than the gnd/-ve of the CDP power supply.
Hope this helps. |
