Thanks dddac, would you tell me how to set the "Vref" voltage? to keep the voltage between 2.1 V~ 2.3V is ok ? what is the different?

This is always part for confusion I am afraid...

PIN 7 is the Vref pin of the TDA1543v and supplies, depending on the temperature of the chip, a voltage between 2.1 and 2.3 Volt. That is a given.... internal REF voltage ...

Depending on the resistor you connect between pin 7 and GND, you will create a certain bias current, which on its turn, causes a Bias Voltage drop over the load resitors on PIN 6 and PIN 8...

This voltage (on pin 6 and 8) can be "set" or "adjusted" by trimming or tweaking the resistor at PIN 7 ...
