Hi All,
In your experience what would be near ideal decoupling caps for my tda1541 S2's? Thanks in advance. Regards, Ramon

hi, D.A.R.R.Y.L.
my friend recommended the WIMA black-box cap basing on his experience of TDA1541 NOS DAC http://www.hifidiy.net/bbs/dispbbs.a...skin=0&Star=37 BTW: thanks for your email. X.G. |

shorten the decoupling pins until there's only enough space to solder 0,1µ COG ceramic or similar foil SMD-caps onto it. then solder a big and fat GND - Connection to the other side of the caps. 'think its also important to reduce stray inductance - so the smd way seems to me optimal.... cheers
