Hi all
Anyone conclusively know which mech the California Audio Labs Aria (original MK1) uses? I am sure it is a Philips but which one? I can purchase a used one but need to know if I have spares / can get spare laser for it. TIA G |

Do you want info on it's transport? Maybe they are the same?? |

Well this unit that I have here uses Matsashita chipset so that is entirely different.
I'm seeking a service schematic (manual) for the CAL DX1, could you ask your contact to help out at all? Be grateful if this is possible.... |

Hi.
If you could get to lift the lid, it would be fairly obvious. Andy |

According to "my contact" a lot of stuff he has already posted on Audio Asylum. Search for posts by "crazychile" The mech you have is a CR2, apparently CAL designed made by Matsuschita and perhaps used by them also. I think the Acurus ACD11 I have for sale uses that mech also.... Check your mail..... G |
